• Even though you have registered your JIS & T Internet password, the auto login function does not work when connecting to the JIS & T site, and the Plan Participant Confirmation screen in displayed.
• After the "Connecting to the JIS & T Web site" message is displayed, the following message is displayed: "Use of this service requires cookies. Please configure your browser settings to allow cookies."
